We collect only the data needed to operate the storefront and support customer access. This can include account details you submit, session-based cart data, contact form messages, login attempt metadata, and purchase records linked to entitlements.
Your data is used to authenticate your account, process purchases, grant downloads, respond to support requests, protect the site against abuse, and maintain reliable service operation.
Sensitive account profile fields are stored with encryption at rest. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never retained in plaintext. Security logs may be recorded to detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access attempts.
Messages submitted through the Contact page are processed only for support, licensing, or business communication. Anti-bot controls are used to reduce spam and protect the inbox from automated abuse.
The storefront may keep temporary session data in your browser session so you can stay signed in and retain cart contents while browsing. Guest carts are stored only to support the current shopping flow.
